Return Policy
Damaged/Defective Items:
Claims for damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. Any such claims deemed an error will be covered at our expense.
Lost in Transit:
Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Submitting a Problem Report:
If you notice an issue with the products or the order, please submit a problem report promptly.
Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as face masks, due to health or hygiene reasons. Orders with face masks won’t be reshipped and will be disposed of.
